These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to anyone who uses the li78 platform and its services. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing games, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all of these Terms.

li78 may update these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

To access and play on the li78 platform, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 or older. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform.
• You must register with one account using your own accurate information.
• Each player may only have one active account at a time. If duplicate accounts are opened, li78 may close them and has the right to decide what happens to any remaining balance.
• You must play using your own funds only. Using a third party's funds is not allowed.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, payment method details, and contact information you provide at registration must be accurate and complete. li78 is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

3.2 Password Security

3.3 Account Restriction and Suspension

li78 may restrict or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• If a breach of these Terms is found
• If there is clear evidence of fraud or fraudulent financial activity
• If bonus abuse is found
• If cooperation with the player is refused

4.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at li78 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 5,000 Ks.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made after all bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

4.3 Financial Verification

li78 has the right to verify players' payment information. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Players must submit any documents required for verification.

li78 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks to play with. The bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks must be wagered in full before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Likewise, depositing 620,000 Ks gives a maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, resulting in a balance of 920,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks must be met before withdrawal.

Additional bonus terms—

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• If li78 determines that a bonus is being abused, li78 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is the player's own responsibility.
• Additional terms for promotions may be subject to adjustment as announced by li78.

Players on the li78 platform must play by fair means only. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Hacking or attempting to alter the platform's software
• Using bots or automated playing software
• Colluding with other players to cheat players currently in a game
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Contacting or coordinating with an opponent to manipulate the outcome of your own game

If any of the above violations are found, li78 may suspend the player's account, void winnings, and the player may suffer financial losses.

All images, graphics, content, and software displayed on the li78 platform are protected under li78's intellectual property rights. Players may access them for personal use only. Copying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited.

The li78 VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up based on their play volume and time spent playing—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is paid according to the schedule and method determined by li78, and li78 reserves the right to adjust these.

If a technical error occurs in the calculation of a jackpot or prize amount, li78 will investigate and correct it, paying only the accurate amount — inflated amounts are not automatically honoured.

At the time of service suspension, only funds that have met the wagering requirements will be eligible for withdrawal, and any bonus amounts will be forfeited.

The Burmese-language version of these terms and conditions is the primary version. In the event of any discrepancy with a translated version, the Burmese version will take precedence.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
